NessBoutiqueArt is an online-only store. We do not operate a physical retail location. All orders must be placed through our website and are shipped directly to customers.
Made-to-Order Production
All products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Your item is produced after checkout. This helps reduce overproduction and ensures each piece is made specifically for you.
Orders are printed and fulfilled through trusted production partners located in the United States.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing & Production Time
Production time typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on order volume and product type.
Shipping Rates
United States: Flat rate – $4.99 per order
International: Flat rate – $12.99 per order
The flat rate applies to the entire order, regardless of quantity.
Estimated Delivery Time
United States: 5–7 business days after production
International: 10–15 business days after production
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for U.S. deliveries. International shipments are handled by reliable logistics partners. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and package size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
