Overview
All products at NessBoutiqueArt are made to order using our print-on-demand model. We produce each item after you place an order to minimize waste and ensure fresh, high-quality results.
Orders are printed and fulfilled through trusted U.S.-based production and logistics partners that meet quality and ethical manufacturing standards.

Operating Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Time Zone: America/Chicago (CST UTC−06:00 / CDT UTC−05:00; excluding U.S. federal holidays)
Shipping Rates
- Domestic (U.S.): Flat rate – $4.99
- International: Flat rate – $12.99
You can order as many items as you like — you’ll never pay more than the flat rate per order.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Processing & Production Time
All items are custom-printed upon order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on product type and order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Within the U.S.: 5–7 business days after production
- International: 10–15 business days after production
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.
Late or Delayed Deliveries
While most orders arrive on time, delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Weather or natural events
- Carrier or customs delays (for international shipments)
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at contact@nessboutiqueart.com. Our support team will review and resolve your issue within 1–3 business days.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for U.S. deliveries and reliable logistics partners for international shipments. Carriers may vary based on destination and package size.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most international destinations. Some regions may have restrictions due to customs or carrier limitations. If your address cannot be served, we’ll notify you and provide a full refund or alternative solution.
