Refund & Returns Policy

NessBoutiqueArt is an online-only store. Every item is made to order after you place your purchase. Because of that, we ask customers to review product details carefully before checking out. That said, if something is not right, we will work with you to resolve it.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind (size, color, or design preference)
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • The product is significantly different from its description

All return or exchange requests must be approved by us before items are sent back.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags (if applicable)
  • In original packaging

We cannot accept returns that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@nessboutiqueart.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  3. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos.
  4. Wait for return instructions and confirmation before shipping anything back.

Please do not send items back without written confirmation. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

For approved returns, we provide a prepaid return label. We do not charge restocking fees.

In some cases, a different U.S. return facility may be listed on your prepaid label. Please use the address provided in your return confirmation email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size, color, or design), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. All exchanges must be approved before the item is sent back.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement. You will receive a new tracking number once the replacement order is dispatched.

If the exact replacement item you request is no longer available, you may:

  • Choose a different product of equal value, or
  • Upgrade to a higher-priced product by paying the price difference.

If you select a replacement with a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

How to send your item for exchange:

  1. Email us at contact@nessboutiqueart.com with your order number and exchange request.
  2. Wait for written approval and return instructions.
  3. Use the prepaid return label we provide and securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Drop off the package with the carrier listed on your return label.

Please do not ship items back without confirmation. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for exchange.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders move into production quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress. If you miss this window, you can still request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect addresses entered by customers.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, contact us right away so we can help you follow up with the carrier.
